I’m trying to register my keyboard but whenever I enter P/N or S/N it says “UNRECOGNIZED SERIAL NUMBER”

Please double-check similar characters such as:

"I" and "1"

"O" and "0"

I have checked the back of the keyboard and the original box it came in multiple times, I tried using different letters or numbers but nothing I do has worked.
