So I bought a Deathadder Essential and tried registering it, I made sure to double check the serial number and tried playing around with the characters to make sure I was entering the right info, I even tried to scan the barcode on the mice just to be extra sure and yet nothing worked, it's still giving me the same message about the unrecognized serial number

Also, yes, it's brand new, pretty much received and opened about an hour or two ago
