I have just gotten a brand new Razer Seiren V2 X mic and I cannot register it, nor install the newest firmware update nor have it detected by synapse. I bought it from a third party app but it is not fake.

it’s detected as “Microphone(4- Razer Seiren V2 X)
and why i said it’s not fake is because a friend got it from the same seller and had no problem
