Hi, I need your help about my mouse because I cant register it, when I try to register it, it say unrecognized seriel number. Please do something Razer

Upon checking, the serial number you provided is not showing in our database. Please contact the reseller where the mouse was purchased to request a refund. You may also send me a PM with a clear copy of the store invoice. Kindly upload the file to Google Drive, set the sharing permission to “Anyone with the link,” and share the link with us so we can review it. Thank you!
