Unresolved Kraken X Lite 7.1 Software Issue - Case Closed After 2 Months

I am writing to share a very poor experience with the support process for my Kraken X Lite. 7.1 Surround Sound software not working/activating. Case remained open for 2 months. Case closed by support without any resolution or functional software. I have tried every troubleshooting step provided, yet the software remains non-functional. Closing a customer's case after 60 days of silence is not acceptable. I would appreciate it if a senior moderator or staff member could look into why this happened and provide the software fix I originally paid for. You can find the previous contact in the link:
