I am writing to share a very poor experience with the support process for my Kraken X Lite. 7.1 Surround Sound software not working/activating. Case remained open for 2 months. Case closed by support without any resolution or functional software. I have tried every troubleshooting step provided, yet the software remains non-functional. Closing a customer's case after 60 days of silence is not acceptable.
