Looked everywhere with no luck for this so I apologize if its already been posted.
But, I’ve had my Basilisk v3 pro for a while now and this has been happening for some time and cant seem to figure it out. It will randomly just stop responding for like 5-15 seconds where i cant click or move the cursor. It usually happens while gaming but it happens in every single game I play. Tried a fresh install of synapse, moving usb ports for the dongle, updating firmware etc. and it still happens all the time. Anyone else experience anything similar? Been a long time Razer mouse user and this is definitely making me want to switch.
