Unresponsive buttons/stuck bluetooth mode.

My razer kraken v4 pro buttons are all unresponsive excluding the power button, it’s also stuck on bluetooth mode. Which means i cannot update the firmware or even reset it. Does anyone have a solution for my problem?

I’m her to help. Is your headset fully charged? Have there been any recent updates or changes to your system or the headset before the buttons became unresponsive? Have you noticed any physical damage or spills that might have affected the buttons? Please PM your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. I’d appreciate it if you could also share a short recording showing. All the best!
