Unusable Problems with Synapse and Peripherals

I have been having problems with my synapse and razer in general for a while now that render my computer unusable! i have to have synapse completely uninstalled because else it disconnects all of my usbs, all my usbs rapidly disconnect and reconnect with each of my razer peripherals disconnecting and the icon on the synapse popping up but then disconnecting seconds later when the usbs disconnect whilst making the annoying windows usb disconnect sound. i now have synapse uninstalled which is frustrating as i cant use the lighting on my very expensive razer products, i definitely wont be buying anymore razer products. anyway, i now have synapse uninstalled but i am still having issues, when gaming my keyboard and mouse will disconnect/ lag for around 2-5 seconds every 30-45 seconds this makes fps games virtually unplayable which is frustrating as they are the main games i play, it may be worth noting that this only seems to happen on the game Rainbow Six Siege which is the main game i play, any help would be hugely appreciated.



it is hard to see on video without feeling what it is like but this is an example of where it happened but here is it happening you can see i suddenly stop all movement, this is not intentional and is where my keyboard and mouse just shut off for a second or two.
