my computer as 3.2 usb huyb and trying connect kiyo pro firmwire update it doesn't work it say 3.0 USB hub not connected need help??

Are you using a 3.2 USB or you're referring to the USB port of your PC? It should not be an issue though. Nevertheless, you can try plugging it directly into the motherboard's USB port or reinstall the driver first before updating the firmware again.
