my computer as 3.2 usb huyb and trying connect kiyo pro firmwire update it doesn't work it say 3.0 USB hub not connected need help??

    Are you using a 3.2 USB or you're referring to the USB port of your PC? It should not be an issue though. Nevertheless, you can try plugging it directly into the motherboard's USB port or reinstall the driver first before updating the firmware again. If you're still experiencing the same issue, let me know through PM and provide the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you with the problem. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
