I got a Razer Barracuda X 2022 recently. Upon testing the device on the sound and connectivity (wired, wireless, BT), I registered the product under “My Products” on the RazerID website.

 

It was only after doing that, I realised that the mic was not working. As it was only days after purchase, I contacted the seller and they gave me a 1-to-1 replacement.

 

Now, how do I update the S/N and Proof of Purchase as the new device has different S/N and the seller gave me new invoice?

 

Or should i just register this as a new product?
