Hello, why am I unable to get help? I keep receiving various responses that are completely unrelated to my question. I need to update the camera's firmware; I downloaded the latest version from the site, but I cannot perform the update—the installer app tells me I need to contact customer support. I have a Razer Kiyo Pro camera; I am attaching a screenshot from the firmware installer. S/N: PM2121L03604609, Model: RZ19-0364, P/No: RZ19-03640100.
