I have a Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse from 2021, and it has always worked perfectly. However, in the last few days it stopped working. I tried updating the firmware as suggested by following the tutorial and downloading the updater, but after starting it, it gets to the loading screen at 40% and then restarts, telling me again that an update needs to be done.
What can I do, since now even the bluetooth way is working?
