Updated to Synapse 4, Hypershift no longer working for escape key on Mini Huntsman Analogue

I recently updated to Synapse 4, but it has had the adverse effect of disabling Hypershift’s effects on the escape key. I can no longer use the Tilde or the other characters.

Oddly enough, Hypershift works just fine for the rest of the keyboard, so I’m very lost. Even Synapse still recognizes that Hypershift should be using the other keys when I look at the bindings in the software. The problem is isolated to the escape key

I have the same problem but none of the Hypershift Functions are working on my Huntsman Mini Mercury. Updated to Synapse 4 and bam. Doesn’t work now.

I have the same issue and it’s really annoying me.
I use both [ ` ] and [ ~ ] fairly often and now I have to rebind them to two separate keys in hypershift, which is horrible for my muscle memory as I do use different keyboards on different machines.

There is no way to just rebind the hypershifted key to [ ` ] but make it [ ~ ] with a SHIFT modifier.

And we shouldn’t even have to try and fix this, this shouldn’t have been a thing in the first place.
It’s an annoying bug and I hope we see a fix soon.

Hey, how were you able to get the hypershift bindings to work with synapse on? I’ve rebound ~ and ` to different keys, but those binds only work when synapse is exited, at which point the esc key works again as well.

Another case here, Fn binds not working (navigation arrows, volume management, etc). When I press the Fn key is like if I didnt press anything, the hypershift Keys light white on the keyboard but it just prints the default key pressed, doesnt do the binded action.

Hey guys! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Synapse 4 and your devices. I strongly suggest submitting a ticket to our Support Team through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Ensure to select Software & Apps > Synapse 4 > Yes under Are you using Synapse with a Razer device?
