I’ve been registered with a Razor ID since 2016. I need to update my phone number (won’t let me because the “authenticator” wants to send a SMS to THAT number and won’t let me choose my email account).
Called the “help/support” 3 times in the last hour they “drop” my call and when I did get through, they can’t seem to find my account. Gave them my phone number that is on file, my Razor ID number and they still can’t find it.
Can someone please assist me with this so I can get my warranty started?
