Blade 15 advanced 2018/ My ssd went out at least I think. It won’t detect disc c when booting so it takes me to bios screen and when I try F9 to factory reset I can’t get to the page to factory reset, it gets stuck on a screen with a non blinking underscore on the top right and won’t go any further. I did try to reinstall windows 11 but it can’t find drive c to install. I’m at a lost. And if I get a new ssd can it hold 1T?

+1Check in BIOS if the disk is set to AHCI or RAID setting - if RAID - it may be not detected in Windows installer without providing drivers for it (so it’s better to change it to AHCI and run installer again).
