Hi, I just upgraded to Synapse 4 and I notice all my profiles for my Tartarus Pro are gone.
So I switched back to Synapse 3 and all my profiles are still there.
How do I port over my profiles to Synapse 4? Thanks

would love an answer to this as well. I’ve got so many game profiles saved Im staying on synapse 3 until this is fixed. Seems that the folder that is saved under S3 for the TP is not the same name as the S4 folder.
Could this be the issue in the migration failing?

In the Synapse 4 app there’s a button that says “Migrate Profiles” or something like that. Click it and it should migrate everything over after a few minutes (depending on how many profiles you have).
It’s not immediately noticeable, but it’s there in the app. I’ve reverted back to S3, so can’t tell you exactly where. Just keep looking and you’ll find it.
Yes, I am aware and still the migration fails, which is why i noted that the file folders have different names.

When I migrated all my Tartarus Pro profiles, it had S3 in front of all the old profile names. Have you tried repairing the installation?
