I’m looking to upgrade the ram in my blade 15 from 16gb to 32gb, I found some ram on Amazon and they list that there is a 2933 mhz version but I can’t choose that, only the size of the ram (16gb, 32gb, 64gb)

and do I need to use two 16gb modules or can I use just one of the ram slots for all of the ram
