Urgent: $200 Card Not Redeemable – Ticket #000

Hi Razer Support / Forum Moderators,

 

I submitted Ticket #(REMOVED) regarding a $200 card I purchased that I am unable to redeem. I was told to expect a response within 72 hours, but I haven’t received any update yet.

 

Could a moderator or support agent please escalate this ticket? The card is high-value and time-sensitive, and I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance.
