I recently purchased a Razer Blackshark V2 X headset. However, when I tried to register my product, I found out that it had already been registered. It's been 5 days since I bought the product, and I previously reached out to support with this issue, but I haven’t received a response yet. I would appreciate it if you could assist me as soon as possible. If my product is counterfeit or has any issues, I will contact the store where I purchased it for a return. Thank you.

I'm trying to register my product through Razer ID, but it's telling me that the product has already been registered, and therefore I cannot complete the registration.
