To whomever concerns,
Since I order my Razer Blade 15 2020 model in RAZER official website on June 20th, but my order status stuck in preparing stage more than four days right now. I tried a couple of time to LiveChat(but it got unavailable in the recent day) and call the RAZER support team by phone call, however, they never pick up the phone call( I understand the due COVID-19 issue, but it's weird to have a high volume of the phone on 09:00 AM(Pacific Time) until 09:30 AM every day. I would like to hear a voice from one of the staff at RAZER about my current order status issue as soon as possible( I already submit the support form in RAZER official website but didn't get any reply yet.) .
