Probably USB stick not prepared properly.

How it’s formatted? FAT32 / NTFS? If the 2nd one, try formatting it FAT32 (or vice versa)  and try again.

It is in NTFS as said in the instructions. Windows doesnät let me format it in fat32 just ntfs or exfat.

I unzipped the downloaded file and transfered the files to the stick, is that the correct way?

The problem of the stick is one, but the original problem was that when i do the system recovery from the original ssd, it get stuck at 26% for some weird reason.

Try exfat then. Dunno how the Razer’s recovery image looks, but other vendors have for eg. ISO or IMG file with an  external app to do a bootable USB stick without problem.

In exfat is not even selactable as a drive on startup. This is how it looks on the stick

But how it looks downloaded? Is it an ISO / IMG file or everything just zipped?

Everything is in a zip file when you download it. “D3_19H2_T05.zip”
