URGENT: Pending Nintendo HKD Orders, Funds Deducted but No Code Received

I have a pending Razer Gold order for Nintendo HKD prepaid code:

 

Order status:  Razer Gold (Pending) [] — 500 Razer Gold was deducted but I received no code.

 

I have no remaining funds and need urgent help. Please help me refund both amounts or resend the code for the second order.
