[URGENT] Razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed click left problem

Hi everyone,

I just bought a brand-new Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed from Amazon. I’m using it in 2.4 GHz mode because of the better responsiveness. In everyday use the mouse works perfectly, but in Fortnite it sometimes fires on its own with the left-click—even when I’m not touching the mouse.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far, with no success:

• Lowered the polling rate from 1000 Hz to 500 Hz and then 125 Hz

• Reset Razer Synapse

• Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse

From what I’ve found online, this might be a factory issue with this model. The problem only happens in Fortnite; I don’t see it in other games like Rocket League or Overwatch, nor during normal desktop use.

Does anyone know a fix? Or should I just return the mouse and get a different one?
