Urgent: Razer ID Email Change Request

Hi, I have completely lost access to my registered Razer ID email. This mail account was compromised via a cyber attack, and the Microsoft Safety Team has permanently suspended and destroyed the email address due to security protocols. It no longer exists globally.

I am currently still logged into my Razer ID on my browser here, but I cannot link my phone number or update my email because the system insists on sending verification codes to my dead mail address. 

Could you please create an internal support case for me to manually update my email address to my new secure mail address?

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your email account. This concern is best handled by our Support Team, and I can help create a case for you. Before I proceed, please send me a PM with the information below so I can include everything needed for an account migration request.

First, please confirm whether your old Razer ID has any of the following data associated with it:

  • Razer ID, profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
  • 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro license code
  • Cortex settings, gameplay data, and wish list
  • Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver wallet balance

Also, please provide the following details:

  • Razer ID:
  • Old email address:
  • New email address:
  • Date of birth:
  • Full name:
  • Phone number:
  • Country:

Once I have these details, I’ll forward them to our Support Team so they can review and continue the process. All the best!
