Hi, I have completely lost access to my registered Razer ID email. This mail account was compromised via a cyber attack, and the Microsoft Safety Team has permanently suspended and destroyed the email address due to security protocols. It no longer exists globally.
I am currently still logged into my Razer ID on my browser here, but I cannot link my phone number or update my email because the system insists on sending verification codes to my dead mail address.
Could you please create an internal support case for me to manually update my email address to my new secure mail address?
