Hello, I need some help. I have a Pro Click, and I was in contact with the Brazil Support. However, after they offered me the option of a refund because the product is not available in Brazil, the ticket was closed (I was away for a few days and couldn't access the email to provide the necessary information).

When I tried to create another ticket to send them the required information to resolve the situation, upon clicking the button to create the ticket, a Zendesk message appeared stating that it's not possible to use the system as they no longer work with Zendesk.

In light of this, how can I get in touch with them? I noticed that the Brazil support is handled by the company Evergame, but I sent them a message on their website and haven't received any response.

I'm getting concerned about the lack of information regarding support on the internet. Can someone help me?
