Hi everyone, I really need urgent help here.
I tried to buy a Nintendo HKD prepaid code on Razer Gold twice, but both failed and my money was taken:
1. First order: It says "Payment (Order Not Placed)" — HKD$100 was deducted but no order was made at all.
2. Second order: It's stuck on "Razer Gold (Pending)" — 100 Razer Gold is gone, but I still haven't gotten the code.
I've tried submitting support tickets so many times, but the "Submit" button is always gray and I can't find the live chat anywhere. I don't have any more money to buy it again, and I really need this code right now.
Can someone from Razer support please help me check my account? I just want either a refund for both payments or the code for my second order. I'm so stressed out right now.
