US Phone Number Requirement for Domestic Delivery

Hello Razer Support, I’m planning to purchase a product from the Razer US Store and have it shipped to a residential address in the United States. I currently live in Colombia, but I will be physically present in the United States when the package arrives. I don’t currently have a US phone number, so I would like to know if I can use a US virtual phone number (VoIP), such as Hushed, to receive delivery-related calls. Does the phone number need to be from a traditional US mobile carrier, or are virtual numbers accepted for domestic deliveries? Thank you for your help.
