USB A, C and SD Card not working

Hi Folks, Yesterday I received my new Razer Blade Studio. Today the USB A & C ports are not working. Windows seems to recognize when I insert something because it makes it usual sound. However the card or drive doesn't show up in file explorer. I went into Device Manager and deleted all the USB drivers, rebooted and gave them a few minutes to restore, still nothing. I've rebooted the laptop several time to no avail. I'm stumped, ctballos Edit: OK, I worked out my problem. I discovered that the video card had some sort of USB control and since I had updated the card off the NVIDIA web site last night I was thinking something may not have installed properly. So I deleted all the nvidia drivers rebooted a couple times and then reinstalled the drivers. It seemed to fix things. I'll report back to this thread if it fails again. ctballos Edit: Reporting back but a little disappointed no one chimed in. So I'm wondering if this isn't the predominant site for the Razer. Can anyone tell me if their is another site that is more active? I would like to go there. Thanks in advance. ctballos
