how can i get a replacement or fix this it’s very annoying as this is an expensive headset

and internal part of the usb broke

    Let me assist you with your headset. Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and check our inventory? Please also send a photo of the broken internal part of the USB so I can view it in my end. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
