Let me assist you with your headset. Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and check our inventory? Please also send a photo of the broken internal part of the USB so I can view it in my end. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
