USB-C not charging 2020 advanced model | Razer Insider

I have tried 6 different USB-C Chargers and it does nothing. Does it require a specific type of cable or power brick before it begins to charge? Could there be something wrong? Id really like to use a power bank when I travel around 20,000 mah. Any recomendations that work with this laptop?
I have the same question/issue. Is there a specific usb-c charger that is supported and/or recommended for the 2019 Razer 17 Pro laptop?
I've also tried multiple USB-C chargers,on my 2020 Advanced model, including higher output ones (like the ones for the newer Macbooks) to no avail. Is there a trick to making that work?
This is becoming very frustrating. I've reached out the Razer support, while they are very polite in their response, they don't seem to answer any questions simply state thank you for your purchase. I'm on my fourth USB-C charger (using the Thunderbolt 3 port) and the system is not charging via USB-C.
Update... I've been able to charge with a PD 3.0 power bank that puts out 65w. It works nicely. I tried a 61w PD 3.0 wall charger that does absolutely nothing when plugged in. I got a 45w car charger PD 3.0 and it does nothing. How can we buy accessories without knowing the requirements?
Can you provide the manufacture and model number of the charger that you are using?
This is the one that works. See attached image.
Thank you - what about a wall charger? Shouldn't a 65w wall charger work? Would be great to not lug around the massive charger on trips that I know I won't need it.

Yeah I want to know too lol. I cant seem to find one that works. Its a complete hit and miss. There must be something that tells the laptop it can charge or not. The website only says (PD 3.0) but chearly thats not enough. There must be some other requirements. I thought it was wattage but if a 65W wall charger doesnt work and a 60W power bank does then Im clueless. I think I remember somewhere in the 100 review videos I watched that stated it requires a 20volt power to use the PD charging but I cant find it anywhere. Also good luck trying to find out the rated voltage of any one of these chargers. Usually you only see stated watts and im no electrical engineer to figure it out myself.
I just received an email from tech support. Apparently not all of the Razer Blade Pro 17 systems recently released are equal. Some support USB-C charging and others don't. What a great way to run an engineering team. Some parts work and others don't. When it's time to upgrade this laptop I will have to think long and hard before considering another Razer product.
