I have tried everything including:
-Going to device manager and not allowing the computer to disconnect the device to save power
-Going to the power options and disabled USB selective suspend
-Toggling the integrated thunderbolt feature in the BIOS
-Uninstalling the hub in device manager and reinstalling the driver
-Reinstalling thunderbolt drivers through the Razer.com provided driver files
-Resetting Windows completely and removing all files.
