USB Dongle Not Working – Warranty Support

Hello,

My Razer headset is under warranty.
The USB wireless dongle is NOT lost, but defective.
It does not power on or pair.

The headset works perfectly in wired mode.
I have tested the dongle on multiple PCs.

Is it possible to receive a replacement USB dongle
under warranty without sending the full headset?

Please send me a PM together with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.

You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
