My Razer Leviathan V2 is stuck in a USB firmware failure loop and I need the USB-only recovery tool.
Details:

The soundbar goes into DFU mode (solid red Source LED).

Bluetooth mode works and the updater says Bluetooth firmware is already up to date.

The official updater then asks me to “switch to PC mode,” but the USB firmware fails every time.

After failure, the bar immediately drops back into DFU mode (red Source light).

Windows detects the device in DFU mode when I connect via USB, but the public firmware updater cannot complete the USB update because it forces the Bluetooth update first.
This is the known Leviathan V2 issue where the USB controller firmware becomes corrupted and the public updater cannot recover it, because it requires Bluetooth-first updating.
This requires the internal USB-only firmware recovery tool (the recovery package that reflashes the USB controller directly in DFU mode). The public updater will not repair this condition.
