So, i was trying to use my headset last night on my laptop. An Oculus rift. The Usb kept loosing connection the 3.0 on the right side. I keep having issues with my mouse not being able to stay connected on the external hub i use to peripherals. Keyboard, mouse, external hard drive and a cooler. Anyways while i was trying to play on the headset the display kept going out and the External Hard drive kept reconnecting. The usual setup is a 4 port usb hub off of the 3.0 slot. A external mic on the 2.0 and a dongle for a headset on the other 2.0.

The headset while i was using it have the dongle on one hub, the external hard drive on the other 2.0 and the headset on the thunderbolt and 3.0 slot. Am i asking too much out of the laptop? It has been running just fine i dont know if i need to try and adjust the USB settings on windows. Any suggestions would be fine it is a 2019 Razer blade Base, RTX 2060, 32gb ram, i7 9th gen processor

Have you tried connecting the headset directly to your Razer Blade's USB port and check if it behaves the same? Let's isolate the problem by following the steps from this link. Let me know if it helps.
