USB Ports are broken on Blade 15 Advanced (2019) | Razer Insider

I cannot insert a USB plug in to two of the ports on my Blade. One on each side. It’s like they are bent or something. I went on the support site but with the laptop being out of warranty I cannot find where I set up a repair outside of warranty. Do I have to call or is there another way?
