Hey so this problem happend when i was playing fortnite on my pc and my headset kept turning on and of and i thought it was that my usb was not put it correctly i checked and it was put correctly and i thought it was the motherboard but when i tried to put the usb back in the headset it fell of i tried to put the usb in another pc to see of it was my motherboard or the usb and then it wouldn’t work so i knew it was the usb so i tried to contact customer support but it brought me here so if someone can pls help me idk if i have to buy a new usb or a new headset so if can someone tell me my headset it the chroma nari ultimate
