USB sound card missing for Razer Blackshark v2

I ordered a Blackshark V2 off of Amazon and unwittingly did not ensure to order one that came with a sound card. Without the sound card, it seems that Synapse 3 is not noticing the headphones, and windows is having trouble knowing what to do with the mic. Is there any way to get a replacement sound card? Do I need Razer drivers for the headphones and mic?

    The Razer BlackShark V2 should come with a USB sound card. If your headset did not come with a sound card, do PM me the serial number of your headset along with a copy of its proof of purchase.
