Hi, I'm currently using the USB sound card that came with my BlackShark V2 headset. Sometimes, the sound card doesn’t receive power, as if it’s damaged. The headset itself works fine; I tried connecting it to the AUX port, and there were no issues. So, I’ve concluded that the problem is with the sound card. I’ve tried other USB ports, but the same problem persists. The sound card only comes back to life after repeatedly attaching and detaching it from the port. How can I solve this, or is it possible to get a replacement sound card?
