Hello, I’m reaching out to Razer support regarding an issue with the USB wireless transceiver of my Razer Nari Essential headset. It has stopped working, and I’m unsure what to do. Should I purchase another identical transceiver, or can I get an adapter from any brand? I found one for sale on AliExpress, but I’m concerned it might not work properly.
