USB 연결이 안됨

RAZER VIPER ULTIMATE 제품을 사용중인데 몇달 전부터 USB 동글이가 인식이 안돼서 사용을 못하고 있습니다.

컴터 설정(블루투스 및 기타장치) 화면에 마우스, 키보드 및 펜 같에  Razer Viper Ultimate 라는 이름의 기기가 인식이 됐다 안됐다 무한 반복중이네요. 마우스 독 아래에서 인식이 됐다 안됐다 하면서 이름이 떴다가 사라졌다가 무한 반복 합니다.

어떻게 해결해야할까요? 제품은 구매한지 2년 정도 됐습니다
