Bough razer blackshark v2 pro (2023) RZ04-0453 and tried to connect to synapse, but, it didn’t work. Then i check audio and saw how my headset was connected as usb audio speakers. How can i solve this? I tried to connect dongle to another pc and there was same problem. It can be seen in the Device Manager that the name is determined incorrectly by dongle.
The headset shows up as USBAudio1.0 device so it's not recognized by Synapse and all the other stuff like Pairing Utility or Firmware Updater.
