Thank you for sharing your concern here. Upon checking, the Razer BlackShark V2 comes with THX Spatial Audio, which means that you do not need an activation code for it. You can configure your THX Spatial Audio feature using Synapse through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13209.
