Used my Activation Code

I bought the headset and I am experiencing a few technical difficulties, so I uninstalled all software razer-related and tried installing everything back on after restarting my pc. What I realized when I downloaded 7.1 Surround Sound back again is that it requires my Activation Code again when I have already put it previously. What I'm trying to say is that once I installed it back again it didn't save to my account that I already have activated a code, and now I can't use the software
