Used my surround sound activation code, reset Windows and no surround sound | Razer Insider

I purchased a headset in 2020 and it came with an activation code for 7.1 surround sound. I used it on this account and it worked fine. However I had to reset Windows because of some weirdness starting to accumulate, and now it doesn't say I have 7.1 surround sound anymore, and my activation code is now invalid. I don't think I accidentally put it on another account. It just doesn't pick up that I have registered it before. Also I have two Razer AppEngines running now and the 7.1 Surround Sound app doesn't open anymore.
Update: I can use the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app but I can't use the THX spacial audio thing. Do they require different codes?
I'm glad to know that you got the 7.1 Surround Sound app working. Anyway, the THX Spatial Audio app is an upgrade to experience advanced Surround Sound with pinpoint positional accuracy to make your game come alive.
