useless app

I've bought razer controllers for years and have loved them. The most recent one I got was wonderful when I opened the box, but the app razer has to program the controller has been updated. It will not allow you to edit the extra buttons or change any of the settings. The old app never had issues. I reached out to three friends who also use Razer controllers. They were also unable to edit buttonson the app. I spent over 3 hours with the helpline, who just kept running me through the same problem solving issues and then redirecting me to another worker. Never got the issue solved. I will not be buying from razer. No point if you can't program the controller for elite settings. Might as well buy a regular controller. Useless helpline. Broken app.
