User Feedback - Razer Windows Software is not as good

Just want to provide feedback about Razor software. The hardware is awesome but the software is just.. flashy but inconvenient sometimes. - When Window crashes, somehow, Razer Software automatically updates itself, forcibly. Once the update is finished, the saved sensitivity info is not there unless I manually hit "Launch Synapse". Other than that, the greenish software is not bad but somehow I feel like the developer didn't picture themselves as the users and made the software in such a way that it's inconvenience for them. -T
