My V3 pro controler just wont turn on I've had it on charge and tried it wired but nothing. The only thing I get is If its plugged in to a powere source via USBc the LEDs will come on after a single press on the xbox button but as soon as I unplug it they just go back off and if I hold the xbox button to power it on theres just nothing its very strange any ideas?

I'll also add that when I hold the power button to turn the device on it does vibrate but dosent actually turn on or light up
