Hello. I recently purchased this mouse and it was working fine until a few weeks ago and now it will not charge. When connected to Synapse the charging indicator shows that it is supposed to be charging but will not charge past zero. A slow pulsing red light is persistent on the mouse itself when charging. Device is plugged directly into my computer with the original cable. Firmware has been updated and I have reset the device by holding down the DPI button for at least 15 seconds to attempt a reset. Nothing is working. I purchased the device at Micro Center and the SN # is: 632521H32245428
I am requesting support to troubleshoot this issue or the appropriate RMA/Refund procedure to obtain a new one.
